Job summary

State Street is seeking an Offensive AI Engineer to join Frontier AI Security & Testing (FAST). You will design, deploy and run secure AWS-based platforms and evaluation pipelines for frontier AI models in a regulated financial services environment.

Role combines cloud engineering, data engineering and offensive security with tooling for auditability, governance and multi‑agent orchestration. Strong Python and Databricks skills preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software, cloud, data or security engineering.
• 2+ years building GenAI or agentic AI solutions on cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer and deploy secure AWS environments to host frontier AI models.
• Build model evaluation harnesses and benchmarks for offensive security tasks.
• Develop agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
• Stress-test models for prompt injection, data leakage and unsafe behavior.
