Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in engineering, product development, or technical program management, automotive preferred.
• Familiarity with automotive product development lifecycle and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong problem-solving with structured root cause methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Why).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer interface for assigned programs with North American OEMs.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, suppliers).
• Manage program execution from concept through launch and production.
• Review customer specifications and RFQs to coordinate proposals and approvals.
• Ensure timely release of program deliverables and documentation (BOMs, routings).
• Drive resolution of development and launch issues with containment and corrective actions.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and deliverables within established processes and timelines.
• Support compliance with automotive standards and regulatory requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 26262).
