Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Operational experience supporting government, military, or national security missions.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, including speaking and comprehension.
• Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level advisory support on operational planning, coordination, and execution for government missions.
• Analyze operational challenges and provide leadership with strategies and risk mitigation recommendations.
• Support mission planning and execution in complex, dynamic environments.
• Deploy to OCONUS locations up to 80% of the time to provide on-site expertise.
• Produce high-quality written reports, briefings, and operational updates for leadership.
• Serve as liaison between Customer personnel, partners, and external stakeholders.
