Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7–12 years (Level 3) or 12–20 years (Level 4) or 20+ years (Level 5) experience.
• Cable writing experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Knowledge of Sponsor research tools and techniques.
• Ability to analyze data and research results.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must possess a high level US Government clearance at time of application.
