Job summary

Providence St Vincent Medical Center is seeking a Lead Occupational Therapist for Rehabilitation Services. This full-time, day-shift role focuses on direct patient care with clinical leadership responsibilities to support a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires Oregon OT license (or PT/SLP as applicable), 2+ years of therapy experience, and a DHS background check. Expect 80% patient care and 20% administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Requires Oregon license for PT/OT/SLP or ability to obtain per hire requirements
• DHS background check required; fingerprinting may be required
• Minimum 2 years experience as a therapist (PT, OT, SLP or Audiologist)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care therapy in service area (80%+).
• Spend up to 20% of time on administrative duties to support clinic operations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology

Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology
