Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations to assess needs and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Provides therapy interventions and discharge plans and communicates them to relevant parties.
• Completes comprehensive clinical documentation within deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
