Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist to perform evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy to improve patient function.

The OT will work within the rehab team on day shifts in a full-time role, contributing to high-quality, compassionate care and meeting professional standards. Required qualifications include a CA OT license and BLS; a Bachelor's or Master's degree in OT is expected, with Epic EMR experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• California OT license required at hire.
• BLS certification required at hire (American Heart Association).
• Epic EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and develop written treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing treatments to improve functional status in line with treatment goals.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure clinical and organizational standards are met.
