Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; master’s/doctorate preferred.
• Proficient with Net Health and Point Click Care software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and aides.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and health team regarding progress and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records and meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide in-services and training for facility staff as needed.
