Inspire Connections Therapy is seeking an occupational therapist to join a collaborative pediatric team that values relationships, individualized care, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches.

You will provide OT services to children, develop functional goals with families, collaborate with speech and physical therapists, and maintain timely documentation while promoting work-life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Holds a master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy.
• Holds, or is eligible to obtain, an Ohio occupational therapy license.
• Has experience working with pediatric populations; experience supporting autistic and other neurodivergent children is especially valuable.
• Values neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered, and individualized care.

The Position Details:

As a pediatric occupational therapist at Inspire Connections, you'll have the opportunity to:
