Job description

Occupational Therapy, Eugene or Corvallis, Oregon | Full-Time or Part-Time

Do meaningful pediatric work, be supported by people who understand it, and still have a life outside the clinic.

Connect the Dots Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned practice in Eugene and Corvallis serving children from birth to 18 through play-based Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy. We're looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who wants meaningful work, a collaborative team, and the support to build a sustainable career.

Why CTD?

At Connect the Dots, support doesn't mean micromanagement. We give therapists a clear framework for success, then trust them to use their clinical judgment, creativity, and personality.

You’ll work alongside OT, PT, and SLP colleagues who collaborate rather than operate in silos, and an administrative team that handles scheduling, intake, insurance, and other day-to-day logistics so you can focus on children and families. We take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. Our clinics are playful, creative, and close-knit.

What you’ll get
  • Full-time or part-time, your choice. Apply whether you want a full caseload or part-time hours.
  • 3 weeks of paid time off for full time employees, plus paid holidays.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • A schedule that fits your life. We’ll work with you to find work times that work best for you.
  • Retirement plan with employer contributions.
  • $500 a year toward CEUs, so you keep growing in your field.
  • Structured mentorship in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. You'll get an outlined roadmap for your first year, plus direct support from Stephanie Wagers, OT and CTD owner, who brings more than 20 years of pediatric therapy experience. You won't be figuring out tough cases alone.
  • Built-in documentation time and thoughtfully managed caseloads. New providers get a ramp-up period to learn the practice before taking on a full caseload, and you won't be expected to routinely take paperwork home.
  • Therapist-owned and operated. Decisions are made by people who understand the work because they do it too.

Pay: Starting at $37.00 per hour | Hours: 20 to 40 per week available

Schedule: Day shift, after-school hours, Monday through Friday

You’ll provide play-based Occupational Therapy, including evaluation, treatment, and family education, to help children and their families through challenges and come out stronger on the other side. Day to day, that looks like:

  • Planning and delivering one-to-one treatment built around each child's Plan of Care, in partnership with their family
  • Collaborating with the rest of the care team around each client
  • Documenting evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports accurately and on time
  • Following the rules and regulations that keep clients and the practice safe
  • Showing up for families and teammates with care and effort
What we’re looking for
  • Ability to interview caregivers, assess the child, and develop a plan of care that meets medical necessity and the needs of the family.
  • Sessions that start and end on time, with a clear plan going in
  • Good time-management skills; pediatric caseloads move fast
  • Clear communication with parents, clients, and colleagues
  • Documentation turned in within required timeframes
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Sensory Integration, or feeding difficulties is a plus
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Experience: 3+ years in Pediatric Occupational Therapy preferred

License/Certification: Oregon Occupational Therapy License required
