Job summary

PACCAR's Kenworth Truck Company (Renton) seeks an Occupational Health Nursing Supervisor to manage the onsite clinic, medical staff, and related procedures. You will craft SOPs, manage budgets for first aid supplies, and collaborate with off-site physicians to support employee health and safety.

Preferred candidates are RNs or LPNs with 5+ years of occupational health experience, supervisory background, and certifications in pulmonary testing or Kinesio Tape.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or LPN with emergency room or occupational health experience.
• 5 years of related experience required.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Certified in pulmonary function and audiometric testing desired (or able to obtain).
• Certified in Kinesio Tape or willingness to become certified.
• Strong communication across levels of a diverse workforce.
• Knowledge of FMLA and leave components desired.

Responsibilities

• Treats minor illnesses or injuries and provides emergency care; coordinates referral and transport.
• Executes emergency medical response when needed.
• Assists in health evaluations and record-keeping of medical data.
• Co-administers workers' compensation with Safety Manager.
• Coordinate with HR on health, safety, and disability issues.
• Maintain medical supplies and records; administer wellness programs.
• Support safety goals by tracking injury/illness trends.
