Job summary

International is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse Sr. in San Antonio, TX, to perform advanced occupational health tasks with minimal supervision. You will apply company policies and standard procedures to resolve moderate issues while exercising independent judgment within guidelines.

Build productive relationships with internal teams and external partners. The role requires coordinating health services, managing medical records, administering medications, and partnering with HR on leave

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and at least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Active RN license and current American Heart Association Health Professional CPR card.
• Master's degree in nursing is acceptable with no experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide occupational health and safety services to reduce work injuries and illness.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on medical leaves, disability and workers’ compensation, and exams.
• Manage and protect all medical records in accordance with policy and laws.
• Administers medication according to standing orders and the Nurse Practice Act.
