Job summary

Premise Health Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide care to client employees at our Health Center. The role covers injury/illness care, physical exams, urgent care, and preventive health per established guidelines.

You will perform fitness-for-duty exams, collaborate with physicians and safety teams, and develop care plans to support return-to-work and wellbeing. The position offers evening hours (Mon-Thu 7:00 PM–3:30 AM) with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Maintains valid state licenses and certifications to practice.
• Current NCCPA certification is required.
• DEA license and state cannabinoid laws where applicable.
• Hands-on BLS / ACLS training may be required by contract scope.

Responsibilities

• Provide injury and illness care, physical exams and urgent care for employees.
• Perform fitness-for-duty and return-to-work exams.
• Collaborate with physicians, safety teams and clients for case management.
• Develop patient care plans and educate patients on treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prescribe treatments and refer to specialists as needed.
