Job summary

Software Technology Inc. is seeking a senior Observability Platform Engineer to support engineering and architecture for the observability team.

The role will focus on designing scalable observability platforms and enforcing data models across tools, including Dynatrace and SevOne. You will drive AIOps enablement (Davis AI/causal analysis) and lead efforts to reduce alert noise and cost overruns while maintaining platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineer to support observability team and convert to FTE in 05/2027.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for platform reliability and scalability.
• Design and enforce observability patterns and standards.
• Lead AIOps enablement (Davis AI / causal analysis).
• Prevent uncontrolled log growth, alert noise, and cost overruns.
• Ensure data models align across observability tools (Dynatrace, SevOne, ITOM).
