Job summary

Software Technology Inc. is seeking a senior Observability Platform Engineer to support engineering and architecture for the observability team.

The role will focus on designing scalable observability platforms and enforcing data models across tools, including Dynatrace and SevOne. You will drive AIOps enablement (Davis AI/causal analysis) and lead efforts to reduce alert noise and cost overruns while maintaining platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineer to support observability team and convert to FTE in 05/2027.

• Observability Platform Engineering & Architecture:
• *Deep expertise in designing and scaling observability platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, SevOne)
• *Ability to define and enforce observability patterns, standards, and data models
• *Strong understanding of platform reliability, scalability, and cross-tool integration
• 2. AIOps & Advanced Analytics Enablement:
• *Hands-on experience with AIOps platforms and AI-driven analysis (e.g., Davis AI, causal analysis)
• *Ability to lead intelligent automation and root cause analysis initiatives
