The role requires 10+ years in automotive engineering and 5+ years in OBD certification, with strong regulatory knowledge and data-driven problem solving. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of automotive engineering experience.
• 5+ years of OBD certification and/or development experience.
• Experience with OBD regulations and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct DDV testing to support OBD certification requirements.
• Review and approve official tests and prepare certification documents.
• Support agency Q&A related to OBD certification.
• Participate in industry meetings to discuss OBD regulation changes.
• Align with senior management to ensure on-time certification for production.
