You will mentor junior engineers, drive cross-functional alignment, and shape technology roadmaps to meet regulatory standards while delivering high performance. The role requires deep technical expertise in emissions/OBD, calibration toolchains, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. in ME, EE, or related engineering field.
• 6+ years in propulsion emissions or OBD calibration.
• Experience with emissions testing, calibration methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with CAN/LIN/Ethernet and calibration tools.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

Aufgaben

• Lead EMS mapping, calibration, and validation for ICE and hybrid propulsion systems.
• Own OBD-II and emissions calibration strategies ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop tech roadmaps, best practices, and validation methods for propulsion systems.
• Lead complex pre-/post-production issue resolution and cross-functional alignment.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
