Qualifications

• Master’s degree and Midwife certification, or MSN with Midwife certification.
• Current New York State Midwifery license required.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
• Must maintain licensure throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care for patients.
• Obtain and document history, perform exams and record findings.
• Order and administer medications per NYS and federal law.
• Coordinate care, educate patients and collaborate with teams.
• Engage in quality assurance and safety practices.
