Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Minimum 5 years in CAE/NVH with proven capability.
• Knowledge of FE and MBD tools and acoustic analysis.
• Familiarity with CAD/packaging tools (NX/Teamcenter).

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate FE/MBD models for propulsion components and systems.
• Run NVH simulations for modal, mobility, and acoustic assessments.
• Perform DoE and optimization to balance NVH with weight and other metrics.
• Coordinate validation plans and report findings to stakeholders.
• Mentor and train junior engineers.
• Interact with STLA stakeholders for data collection and results reviews.
