Job summary

The Department of Aging and Disabilities in Anne Arundel County is seeking an Operations Manager for the Senior Nutrition Programs to oversee CMP operations and ensure service delivery. You will lead QA initiatives for CMP and HDM, maintain nutrition/health standards, and work with the Program Director on staff training, data management, and inventory control.

This full-time role runs 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with pay at $26.25/hour and limited benefits, reporting to the Program Director to sustain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven operations management experience or at least 1 year of management/leadership experience.
• Previous experience within a food service setting or ServSafe certified.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and data entry/management capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day CMP operations and ensure compliance with program requirements and health standards.
• Lead staff training, performance evaluations, and development activities.
• Monitor data management and generate routine program reports and performance measures.
• Coordinate with the Program Director on policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain inventory control and coordination for meal service across sites.
