Job summary

The Food Nutrition Manager at Canteen North America will oversee the daily production of roughly 7,000 meals, drive quality, food safety, cost control, and operational excellence in a high-volume kitchen and catering operation.

Seeking an organized leader with 3+ years in food service management, ServSafe certification, and experience coordinating fleets, events, budgeting, and client-centric service to deliver exceptional results for multiple clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of food service management experience in high-volume operations.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage diverse teams.
• Experience budgeting and cost control in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production of ~7,000 meals with quality and safety in mind.
• Lead a high-volume production kitchen and catering operation.
• Coordinate events for multiple clients with exceptional service.
• Manage fleet delivery coordination, route planning and drivers.
• Maintain inventory, paperwork, and cost controls.
