Job summary

WEI is seeking a Senior Nutanix Solutions Architect to own end-to-end Nutanix engagements, from whiteboard design to production delivery. You will serve as the trusted technical authority, design enterprise-class solutions, validate them against business requirements, and lead implementation teams ensuring successful ship‑outs.

This hands-on role combines customer interaction with delivery leadership, requiring strong technical depth in Nutanix technologies and a proactive, sales‑savvy mindset

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, or data center architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering Nutanix solutions.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to lead workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure tailored to customer requirements.
• Design and deliver NCM capabilities for Intelligent Operations, Calm, Cost Governance, and Security Central.
• Own solution delivery end-to-end from design to production deployment and cutovers.
• Run technical discovery and workshops, producing architecture docs and as-built deliverables.
• Design migrations from legacy platforms to Nutanix AHV, including workload assessment and BCDR planning.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues, ensuring timely delivery to spec.
• Collaborate with sales/pre-sales to scope engagements and support proposals with solid designs.
• Mentor consultants/engineers to mature delivery methodologies and reference architectures.
• Maintain relationships with Nutanix partners and engineering to stay ahead of roadmap.
