Job summary

UK King’s Daughters in Ashland, Kentucky seeks a Senior Manager, Nursing Learning Services to lead the Learning and Organizational Development team. You will oversee system-wide nursing education, ensure Joint Commission readiness, and drive improvements across the region to elevate clinical and operational performance.

The role requires advanced leadership, 6–7 years in healthcare administration or education with 2 years in management, and an active RN license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Nursing Education, or related field.
• 6-7 years in healthcare administration or education; 2 years in management.
• RN license required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and manages outcomes of the assigned team.
• Manage day-to-day operations of learning management systems and AV needs.
• Develop, update, and disseminate learning reports to leadership to track compliance and progress.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and participate in design and implementation of new programs.
• Ensure Joint Commission readiness and drive process improvements.
