High-Acuity Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the Nursing Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, staffing effectiveness, and resident safety in a high-acuity environment.

The ADON will lead clinical operations, ensure survey readiness, manage staffing, and collaborate on care

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice is required and must be active.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory nursing experience.
• Infection Prevention (IP) certification is required.
• High-acuity SNF experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing services operations and clinical programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Oversee staffing needs and shift staffing levels.
• Develop and monitor resident care plans and documentation.
• Participate in departmental budgeting and leadership meetings.
