Qualifications

RN license in NYS upon hire.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing with 3+ years clinical practice.
Informatics certification within 1 year of hire required.
Master's degree preferred in Nursing, Nursing Informatics, or Healthcare Informatics.

Responsibilities

Lead current and future-state clinical workflow analysis and redesign for EHR and digital tools.
Collaborate with nursing leadership, clinicians, IT to translate needs into tech solutions.
Provide project leadership for informatics initiatives and coordinate stakeholders.
Use data analytics and outcome measures to evaluate impact on practice and patient care.
Coordinate testing, validation, and adoption activities with informatics leads and IT.
