Our Lady of Hope in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the daily operations of its 75-bed skilled nursing center, reporting to the Executive Director. The ideal candidate will lead nursing and department teams, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor staffing and finances, and drive resident-centered care and continuous quality improvement.

Competenze

Current Virginia LNHA license is required.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
At least two years of skilled nursing leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and survey processes.
Experience leading teams and managing day-to-day operations in a SNF.

Mansioni

Direct the daily operations of the 75-bed skilled nursing center.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local nursing home regulations.
Provide leadership to SNF department managers and staff.
Monitor staffing, labor, expenses, and other key metrics.
Support quality improvement, survey readiness, and corrective actions.
Promote resident and family satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership to advance Our Lady of Hope's mission.
