You will manage the nursing department and supervise services round the clock, stepping in for the Administrator when needed.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required.
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and management of Nursing Services to residents.
• Ensure 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services.
• Direct Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care.
