Job summary

Childbase Partnership is seeking a Team Leader for a room-based role with 0-1 year olds at their Oxford nursery. The position is permanent, full-time (36–40 hours/week) with a pro rata salary of £36,150.40 to £36,878.40 per year, depending on hours worked. You will lead a team, plan activities, and ensure high standards of care.

Applicants should hold a DfE approved early years qualification at level 3 or above and have EYFS experience. We offer generous benefits and employee ownership dividends.

Qualifications

• DfE approved early years qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Experience working in a nursery environment with EYFS.
• Leadership experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement high-quality, engaging activities that promote learning through play.
• Act as Key Person, observing and recording children's progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding care and empower the team.
• Safeguard children's welfare at all times.
