Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school.
• Florida RN license or multi-state version in good standing.
• CPR/BLS, PALS, CPI and ACLS as required; strong leadership background.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor patient flow, provide nursing leadership on shift.
• Coach and mentor staff; re-assign duties to meet competency and census.
• Lead daily rounds, effective handoffs, and patient/family education.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality metrics; participate in governance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan care and discharge.
• Support code blue and rapid response, and promote Lean workflow improvements.
