AdventHealth in Daytona Beach is seeking a nurse leader to oversee staff performance, staffing, orientation, and discipline while promoting a positive work environment. You will manage budgets, resources, and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor of Nursing, active RN license, and 2+ years of acute care experience, with Master’s preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
Master's degree in Nursing is preferred.
RN license and BLS certification required.
2+ acute care clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

Oversees staff performance, manages staffing, hiring, orientation and discipline.
Manages budgets and resources and ensures appropriate staffing.
Leads performance and quality improvement initiatives and ensures compliance with standards.
Communicates effectively with patients, families, staff and teams to ensure patient-centered care.
