Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a BSN degree.
• Two years of nursing experience.
• Current NC RN license; BLS certification.
• CNIV eligibility for CNIV Leader role.

• Provide local-level leadership in administration, education, informatics, quality, research, and regulatory compliance.

• Evaluate materials and equipment and vendor performance.
• Monitor practice to ensure regulatory standards and staff development.
• Serve as clinical information systems superuser and support patient safety initiatives.
