Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience required. Clinical Nurse II and III are eligible to apply for the CN IV Leader role.
• Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina. BLS required.

• Plan and provide advanced and/or specialized nursing care for patients in accordance with guidelines established within the Discipline of Nursing Clinical Ladder Program and the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Provide leadership in administration, education, informatics and quality across units.
• Guide professional growth, coach and mentor nursing staff, and lead improvement initiatives.
