Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, business, or healthcare related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Ten years' technical experience preferred.
• Five years' leadership experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in an acute/inpatient hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in designing, implementing and sustaining hospital policies and procedures related to safe, high-quality patient care.
• Provides executive nursing leadership, directs day-to-day operations and long-range planning.
• Leads quality management, risk, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Manages nursing services budget and collaborates with physicians to enhance patient experience.
