Job summary

Virtua Health in New Jersey seeks an Advanced Nurse Clinician to lead clinical outcomes for select patient populations through staff development and interdisciplinary collaboration. The ANC aligns with HRO principles and the organization’s mission, working under AVP/VP supervision to ensure clinical quality and safety.

Requirements include 2–5 years of recent clinical experience in the specialty, a Master’s degree in Nursing (or nearing completion), and NJ RN licensure with BLS; ACLS/NRP/PALS

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recent clinical experience in the specialty area.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or near completion.
• NJ licensed registered nurse with BLS; ACLS/NRP/PALS certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality and safety initiatives across the department.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Support patient throughput with individualized care plans.
• Promote evidence-based practice and process improvements.
• Serve as subject matter expert and mentor for staff education.
• Drive shared governance and educational outcomes.
