Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of recent clinical experience in the specialty.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or near completion of an advanced degree.
- Licensed registered nurse in NJ.
- Certifications: BLS; ACLS for critical care, L&D, ED; NRP for neonatal areas; PALS for Pediatrics and ED.
Responsibilities
- Interpret clinical data to improve quality and outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on evidence-based care plans.
- Support patient throughput with individualized care plans.
- Apply evidence-based practice to resolve quality issues.
- Communicate practice changes and ensure policy implementation.
- Lead councils/committees as SME to ensure safety and quality.
- Promote shared governance across the organization.
