Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Masters Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license; license in Illinois or other state may be required and obtained within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Practice guided by nursing process, standards, and policy; lead a small team.
• Coordinate case management, utilization review, and patient placement decisions.
• Mentor colleagues and promote teamwork within Trinity Health MercyOne system.
