$100,000-110,000 commensurate with experience

The Senior Nurse Manager will assist in ensuring the nursing department provides consistent, attentive, and efficient care to patients. The Senior Nurse Manager is responsible for monitoring nursing staff, nursing activities, and patient care, as well as ensuring nursing activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local standards. The Senior Nurse Manager serves as a representative and promotes the best interests of their staff and the patients they serve.
