Job summary

Salas O'Brien, Inc. is seeking a full-time Nuclear Weapons Modernization Integration Advisor in Albuquerque, NM to provide senior technical and programmatic support to the NNSA Federal Program Office.

This onsite role requires leadership across weapon system integration, systems engineering, production planning, and cross-agency coordination. You will work with Federal Program Managers and Federal Program Engineers to ensure modernization programs execute within approved baselines, collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related technical discipline.
• Active Q (or Top Secret) security clearance is required.
• 20+ years supporting nuclear weapons programs within DOE/DoD or national labs.
• Experience leading multiple nuclear weapons modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical and programmatic support to Federal Program Managers and Engineers through Phase 6.X weapon development.
• Coordinate weapon modernization activities among NNSA HQ, national labs, DoD project groups, and external partners.
