Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and deliver nuclear training programs for Reactor Operator and Non-Licensed Operator personnel.

You will design, develop, and evaluate training activities, update content with INPO/NRC information, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires coordinating exams, conducting trainee evaluations, and supporting outages, audits, and emergency preparedness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, civil/structural, electrical, industrial or nuclear) or related science, education or training.
• Associate's degree in technical discipline with 4 years nuclear background or 6 years related operator experience.
• Current or previous licensed Reactor Operator or SRO certification.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical exam as applicable.
• Must achieve Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) certification within 18 months.
• ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 compliance knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct Reactor Operator (RO)/Non-Licensed Operator (NLO) training programs.
• Update training content with INPO, NRC bulletins, and regulatory changes.
• Prepare trainee exams and conduct evaluations for classroom, lab, OJT, and simulator.
• Support business initiatives, project management, and outage-related duties.
• Participate in NRC/INPO audits and respond to findings.
• Maintain auditable training records and reports.
• Pursue SRO certification within 18 months.
• Perform additional duties including coverage during outages and emergency response.
