Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. seeks a nuclear training specialist to lead reactor operator training programs and develop performance-based curricula. You will coordinate RO/NLO training, ensure updated content from INPO/NRC is incorporated, and prepare examinations for various learning environments.

You will support outages, audits, and regulatory compliance while building auditable training records. A Senior Reactor Operator path is available, with certification targeted within 18 months.

Qualifications

• Experience with nuclear training programs and performance-based operations.
• Knowledge of SAT, INPO reports, NRC bulletins and NERs.
• Ability to prepare trainee examinations and conduct evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Drive CEC training programs and coordinate RO/NLO training per procedures.
• Maintain current training content using INPO/NRC updates and regulatory changes.
• Prepare examinations, conduct evaluations, and develop individual training plans.
• Support business initiatives, project management, and outage activities.
• Participate in audits and respond to audit findings.
• Develop high-quality training records and reports; pursue SRO certification within 18 months.
