Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in nuclear engineering, research, or infrastructure development.
• Experience with international nuclear organizations or research institutes preferred.
• Ability to lead complex research projects and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Works independently and with others on technical activities with little supervision.
• Conducts technical searches and analyzes information in support of the project team.
• Leads or supports planning and execution of complex research and engineering projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manages small or medium projects including budgets and resources.
• Builds and maintains relationships with national and international technical networks.
• Supports proposal efforts and new promotional work.
• Demonstrates leadership in customer relations and delivery of high-quality technical products.
