Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support high-visibility nuclear initiatives for TVA in Chattanooga. This safety-sensitive role leads major projects through TVA processes, guiding cross-functional teams to meet safety, environmental, quality, budget, and schedule targets.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of utility project management, PMP certification within 2 years, and strong governance knowledge in the nuclear/utility sector.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of utility project management experience.
• PMI PMP certification required within 2 years of assignment.
• Nuclear/utility industry governance and cost-estimating experience.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and technical scopes.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end project lifecycle leadership per TVA processes.
• Develop project management plans for scope, schedule, cost, risk, and budget proposals.
• Interface with external customers, officials, legal teams, media, and regulators (NRC, DOE).
• Direct multi-discipline resources, assign responsibilities, and mentor team members.
• Ensure adherence to SOX and TVA-SPP-34-series guidelines; authority to stop work if risks are identified.
