Job summary

Intreped Partners and its wholly owned subsidiary Global Systems Engineering LLC (GSE) seek an Instructor/Policy Analyst to support the Defense Nuclear Weapons School (DNWS) at Kirtland AFB, NM. This full-time, on-site role advances training and education products and supports DNWS research and publication efforts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience, or Bachelor's with 15+ years.
• Active DoW Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with client-ready documentation and briefings.
• Experience in research, writing, and analysis to develop professional reports and policy documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Understanding of policies governing the United States Nuclear Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Support the DNWS Dean of Academics by researching nuclear policy and security for DNWS training material.
• Prepare and deliver briefings, papers, and reports to diverse audiences.
• Develop and deliver training products for DoW and interagency leaders.
• Deliver lectures on nuclear weapons in national security and related topics to DoW and Interagency audiences.
• Advise on training product lifecycle management and resource allocation.
• Integrate best practices and peer-reviewed research into DNWS portfolio.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new audiences for training delivery.
