Job summary

SAIC seeks a Senior Program Analyst for the Defense Nuclear Weapons School at Kirtland AFB, NM. This full-time, on-site role leads department strategy, oversees an A&AS portfolio, and ensures program objectives align with higher headquarters requirements.

The ideal candidate has a DoW Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret, 10+ years in related fields, and strong communication and leadership skills to guide staff and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in national security, strategy, joint planning, analysis, and assessments preferred.
• Active DoW Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, producing client-ready reports and briefings.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Advise on department strategy and operations and facilitate stakeholder engagement with partners and HQ.
• Supervise 8 direct reports and manage a portfolio including Administrative and Program Management Support, Training, and Education Delivery.
• Translate client requirements into objectives for the A&AS team and track execution with the client.
• Produce briefings, analyses, and communications for Higher Headquarters.
• Foster interdepartmental communication through calls, meetings, and town halls.
