Job summary

D&Z is sourcing for a Construction Manager (Level 3) to oversee outage-related construction at TVA Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant in Athens, AL. This temporary role runs through the fall outage with an ASAP start. Nuclear badging and in-processing will occur in Hollywood, AL.

Qualifications

8+ years of construction or project management experience in power generation facilities.
Nuclear outage experience strongly preferred.
Experience coordinating outage planning with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead outage construction activities in alignment with scope, milestones, and critical-path priorities.
Coordinate daily outage tasks, monitor progress, and adjust labor and resources to maintain schedule.
Enforce nuclear safety, human performance tools, and quality standards in all work.
Supervise craft labor through union leadership in a high-tempo outage environment.
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, procurement, and subcontractors.
Manage outage work packages, permits, tagouts, and inspections.
Identify and mitigate schedule risks and interface issues impacting restart.
