Mercyhealth in Illinois and Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, prepare patients, and ensure quality results. You will operate PACS and EMR systems, manage radiopharmaceuticals, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nuclear medicine program.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in nuclear medicine.
• CNMT or ARRT(N) certification required.
• IEMA-DNS Nuclear Medicine accreditation required if working in Illinois.
• CPR or BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs Nuclear Medicine procedures and related techniques to produce diagnostic images.
• Prepares patients for procedures and ensures requirements are met.
• Operates nuclear medicine equipment and imaging systems.
• Selects appropriate parameters and maintains quality of data acquisition.
• Reports and documents safety incidents per protocol.
