Longenecker & Associates (L&A), a Geosyntec Company, seeks a Program Manager to oversee DOT/DOE-related projects within the Office of Nuclear Material Removal and Elimination in Washington, DC. The role requires proven program management experience, federal clearance readiness, and coordination with international partners to address HEU and plutonium inventories, and related initiatives.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedules, and budgets, and provide

Qualifications

10+ years of experience managing complex, international, and national security projects.
Ability to pass a federal background investigation and obtain DOE Q security clearance if required.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing.
Marijuana prohibition under Federal law applies to contractors.

Responsibilities

Serve as Program Manager within the Office of Nuclear Material Removal and Elimination (NA-232).
Develop and communicate overarching program strategies, including scope, schedules, and budgets.
Lead regular calls and provide high-level advisory services to stakeholders and federal managers.
