Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Program Manager for the LEU+ Program to lead integration and governance of a complex portfolio across construction, fuel engineering, and customer deployment. You will establish cross-functional scope, schedule, cost and risk management and direct resources to meet program objectives.

Role reports to the Director, LEU+ Program with potential to work remotely. Requires 10+ years in program/contract management, nuclear industry experience, and PMI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical-related area (an advanced degree is desirable).
• 10+ years professional experience in Program and Contract management.
• 10+ years of project management or program management experience in the nuclear industry is preferred.
• PMI Program Manager program certification.
• Project Controls-related certification (scheduling, estimating, earned value, risk, etc.) is preferred.
• Program and Contract management skills with track record delivering quality on time and within predictable cost controls.
• Organizational experience with planning, budgeting, operations and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Set up cross-functional, integrated program scope, schedule, cost and governing processes.
• Oversee LEU+ sub-programs including construction, fuel engineering and deployment.
• Resolve issues on sub-programs with delivery risk challenges.
• Create governance processes and executive dashboards for complex sub-programs.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution across LEU+ workstreams and capital delivery.
• Prioritize program-wide problems and actions to improve performance.
• Support staffing, workload, cost factors and budget planning.
• Develop standard project and resource planning templates for multi-functional scope.
• Direct daily work screening and prioritization across LEU+ areas.
• Plan short- and long-term work across all LEU+ program areas.
