ACS Professional Staffing seeks a Licensing & Environmental Consultant to lead nuclear licensing and environmental activities for new nuclear development projects in Richland, WA. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in licensing, regulatory affairs, or environmental work within a highly regulated setting, interfacing with reactor vendors and regulators. This full-time, hybrid position emphasizes regulatory readiness and documentation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in nuclear licensing, regulatory affairs, or environmental experience.
• Extensive knowledge of nuclear regulatory requirements, licensing processes, and compliance documentation.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment and interfacing with regulators and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead licensing and environmental activities for new nuclear development projects.
• Provide regulatory guidance and technical expertise to management on licensing matters.
• Prepare and review licensing documents (PSAR/FSAR) for construction permits and licenses.
• Interface with reactor vendors and regulatory agencies on licensing activities.
• Oversee development of Technical Specifications and regulatory manuals.
