Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Project Manager for deployable energy initiatives in a highly regulated nuclear environment. You will plan, coordinate, and drive execution across engineering, testing, regulatory interfaces, and supplier activities in Houston, ensuring disciplined delivery against scope and schedule.

Lead cross-functional teams, manage risk and change, and provide program governance and clear executive communications to support project objectives and future scale-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Approximately 10+ years of relevant project-management or technical delivery experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on technically complex, regulated projects.
• Strong executive communication, problem-solving, and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate execution of complex nuclear/regulated engineering projects.
• Develop and maintain schedules, manage scope, risks, and change control.
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, licensing, procurement, and QA.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
• Support readiness for future scale-up and EPC/EPCM readiness as needed.
